  • The client must make the 100% Payment to start the project.
  • The client must bear in mind that no proposal is made without first having made the payment.
  • The client must fill out the brief (design questionnaire) completely and send all the requested information in order to start the design process.
  • The client agrees to send all the graphic information of their business (logo, images, etc.) in good resolution and source files for better quality.
  • It is important that the client answers all the fields of the brief in as much detail as possible, since from this the graphic proposal will be created.
  • After obtaining the brief duly completed within 5 business days, the client will be sent the design proposal of the grid corresponding to the contracted package.
  • After the client approves the design, the grid is considered APPROVED. Any extra modification will have a surcharge of 25 usd for each extra publication.
  • The client has a maximum of 3 continuous days to approve or request changes in the design. After this time the design is considered APPROVED.
  • The service does not include captions. The client must provide the texts related to each publication.
  • The service includes the creation of graphic pieces and posts on Facebook and Instagram through a publication schedule previously approved by the client. It does not include answering comments or direct messages, since the ideal is that the client, as a company, responds to give the best possible information.
